2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. This agreement is a distance sales agreement regarding the sale of products that the Buyer wishes to purchase through the e-export site "www.modabecada.com" operated by the Seller. The subject of the agreement is the products that the Buyer has ordered through "www.modabecada.com" and which are specified below.

3.Product Information

3.1. The Seller provides clear and understandable descriptions, technical specifications, selling prices, and all other information regarding the products offered for sale on "www.modabecada.com."

3.2. Before placing an order through "www.modabecada.com," the Buyer carefully reviews the descriptions, technical specifications, and selling prices of the products and confirms them.

4.Order and Payment

4.1. The Buyer creates the order by adding the products to the cart on "www.modabecada.com" and filling in the necessary personal information.

4.2. To complete the order, the Buyer makes the payment through secure payment methods provided by "www.modabecada.com."

4.3. When the payment process of the order is completed, the Buyer receives an e-mail containing the order confirmation, and the delivery process of the products begins.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's order and sends the products to the specified address as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the country and address where the product is located.

5.2. The products must reach the Buyer within the specified delivery period from the date the order was placed. However, slight variations in delivery time may occur due to customs procedures and other logistical factors.

5.3. The products must be delivered to the Buyer without any damage and exactly as ordered. If any damage is detected during delivery, the Buyer must prepare a damage detection report with the courier company official and immediately contact the Seller.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

6.2. The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying the Seller in writing or by sending an e-mail to modabecada@modabecada.com.

6.3. The return process of the products during the right of withdrawal period is carried out within the scope of the "Return Policy."

7. Warranty and Return Conditions

7.1. In case of any malfunction or damage within the specified warranty period, the products are repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the warranty conditions provided by the Seller.

7.2. The Buyer must contact the Seller and follow the necessary steps in case of any malfunction or damage within the warranty period.

7.3. Return processes are carried out within the scope of the "Return Policy."
